Heart on Main Street Receives HEARTS Award at 2026 ARTS Awards
Heart on Main Street received the HEARTS Award at the 2026 ARTS Awards, presented Friday evening, January 9, in Dallas.
The HEARTS Award recognizes organizations and individuals who demonstrate extraordinary commitment to service, generosity, and positive impact within the gift and home industry. Heart on Main Street was selected for its longstanding work supporting independent retailers through disaster relief, education, and hands-on rebuilding efforts in communities across the country.
Founded to serve as a lifeline for small businesses during times of crisis, Heart on Main Street offers financial grants, educational programs, and recovery initiatives. Its Independent Rebuild program unites volunteers to help retailers rebuild after disasters, while the Jumpstart program enables vendor partners to provide free or discounted inventory as retailers reopen.
“This recognition belongs to the independent retailers we serve and the industry partners who continue to show up for them,” said Patrick Keiser, Executive Director of Heart on Main Street. “The HEARTS Award reflects what is possible when an industry comes together with empathy, action, and a shared belief that Main Street matters.”
Heart on Main Street extends sincere gratitude to Dallas Market Center for hosting the ARTS Awards and supporting the independent retail community, as well as to the ARTS Awards Committee, judges, industry partners, donors, and volunteers whose continued support fuels its mission and highlights the vital role of independent retailers in local economies nationwide.
The ARTS Awards are among the most prestigious honors in the home and gift industry, celebrating excellence in retail, manufacturing, sales representation, and service. Receiving the HEARTS Award underscores Heart on Main Street’s role as a trusted nonprofit partner dedicated to strengthening independent retail nationwide.
