Pedal Retail Advisors is a full-service brokerage and advisory firm that specializes in retail real estate for independent businesses. Founded in 2020 by a seasoned retailer and a commercial real estate broker, Pedal’s mission is to empower and equip independent retailers with the knowledge, coaching, and representation to make successful retail leasing decisions. We don’t represent landlords, and we don’t represent large, national chains. We bring expert guidance to independent retail businesses for whom real estate strategy is too important to get wrong.
We hold real estate licenses in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina, and our in-house team represents retailers in the DC Metro Area and in Charlotte. Beyond those areas, we serve smart retailers with consulting and business planning, and we offer retail real estate consulting and educational services to Main Street organizations, BIDs, and municipalities of all sizes.
